OVERVIEW
PERFORMANCE PHASE
Our full-time academy for U13 – U18 where all league games are played on a 11v11 field size. Our teams are grouped by age, serving boys and girls between the ages of 13 and 18 years old. Each week, we train three times as a team and compete in one game on the weekends.
We have a player development focus and provide nutrition recommendations while instilling our football philosophy and psychology in each player. One of the goals of our program is for each player to reach 10,000 hours of contact time with the ball before graduation.
We place an equal emphasis on the importance of education, both on and off the field, and aim to create independent people and players. Our best players are self-driven and go on to play for universities or a pro team.

NEED TO TRYOUT?
First-year players will be given three tryout sessions with the team of interest. After successful completion of the three day tryouts a decision will be made about the player status.

Graduates from our Elite Academy often accept positions at top universities and pro teams. AFC Southampton provides each player the opportunity to be recognized by local and international recruiters.
Select players will be asked to represent AFC Southampton at international showcase tournaments. Annual trips to the UK will also be offered to the top-tier players from our Elite Academy program.
